Term 3 Multiplication and Division
After 3 weeks of Temperature and Time, we have moved onto Multiplication and Division. Have a look at some of our clever cookies!
We used 'Cheerios' threaded on toothpicks, to solve multiplication problems. We used our 'skip counting' skills to help us solve the problems.

Term 2 - Measurement
Our focus for week 1-2 is Measurement: Capacity and Weight. In Home base 13, Mr Kearns worked with a small group learning about measuring liquid. We had to follow instructions to measure different liquids in millilitres. As a bonus, we learnt about density of liquids too!

Blue and Orange Rockets looked at patterns to 10 using a variety of equipment.
Red and Green rockets are looking at forming numbers 11 to 20 using tens and ones.
